I love how flexible this program is. However it sucks how COVID-19 took into effect for the gym aspect of it. I loved how he sent at home workouts and ab workouts to help maintain the momentum going. I’ve been meal prepping and following the diet and I can say I’ve crushed not one but THREE of my goals for this program.
I started working with Gerardo at the end of January, having worked with 2 online coaches prior I was a little skeptical but man.. it’s been an awesome experience working with Gerardo. I have tried so many other “programs” & “coaches” in the past. Honestly I was hesitant to try Gerardo’s training plan. I took the chance since it was only 125 for 12 weeks which is pretty well priced compared to many of the programs out there. All I can say is WOW! I am so happy I tried the program and gave Gerardo a shot. I started seeing visible results the first week. I had to stop after 5 weeks due to the corona virus and gyms closing, but in the 5 weeks I lost 18lbs and about 7% BF. The best part about it is how easy the meals are and how much variety he gives. I have prepped for four men’s physique competitions with Gerardo. I’d highly recommend Gerardo as your trainer and coach. He will get you started out right with his easy to follow system, regardless of your fitness level. He is knowledgeable and supportive. Each prep was customized to my needs I never received the same meal plan or training plan during my preps. Every week to two weeks depending on my needs I received changes to my plan. He rotated protein, carb and fat sources so I was never bored or tired of my meals. When I felt discouraged , He was there to pick me up ! Throughout my prep and post competition, Gerardo was in constant communication. We talked frequently and I felt nothing but support and encouragement throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Gerardo as I will in the future.
